Torchwood are a team of people who are fighting for the best interest of humanity; they are no strangers to the daily threat alien forces pose to the safety of the Earth. But, this time, they must fight with every ounce of instinct and energy they have to survive.

This is like a continuous off DR WHO.

Captain Jack Harkness is a time traveller and former con man from the 51st century.

He becomes the leader of Torchwood, a British organisation dedicated to combating alien threats. Adding another layer to the character is a vague backstory which is gradually revealed as both programmes progress.

The popularity of the character amongst multiple demographics directly influenced the development of the

spin-off series Torchwood, in which Jack is the lead amongst an ensemble cast. The character became a figure

of the British public consciousness, rapidly gaining fame for portrayer John Barrowman.

As an ongoing depiction of bisexuality in mainstream British television,

the character became a role model for young gay and bisexual people in the UK.

my meanings about it..

I like this tv serie alot it has a modern way off showing that everything can happen,

in the right settings whether your gay ore straight. I liked how they made up all the aliens, and the special effects.

And i like how they have build it around the things we wish for and don`t wish.

When i was looking at some bloggs about Torchwood, i was woundering?

Why do people always have to see real sex scenes..i liked it the way the made it.

They kept the mystery alive..They didn’t put any one in a box, they showd us that what ever you can be turnd on off is about feelings and meeting the right person

at the right time.And sticking together and help each other.

Im heterosexual my self but i can say wow..i could take her..

But thats me any way..

But you should see this show its just great………hope they are making more..

And..Hmm..i like  them all but i have one favorite.

John Barrowman I know i cant have him because he likes men..but thats the fun about it

But it would have been nice too meat them all..And just to have one look into J.B eyes..They are sooo beautiful..
